INFINITI G35
This G35 has been brought back from what was for sure a doomed path. Sitting in a scrapyard awaiting further dismantling after its journey through a most likely dark and unforgiving Chop Shop.
The start of this project began one sunny spring day when Mop Top was making the trek through a local car graveyard hoping to find a new build having just sold the BTRTNSX 240sx.

NISSAN 240sx
If you have owned a 240 (Silvia) or are just an enthusist, you would know that headlights get swapped often. The 3 latest body styles (S13, S14, S15) which also include, JDM and USDM versions, have granted a lot of options.
Some of the least done of the bunch would be the S14.3 conversion.
Why? Because of the rarity in aftermarket support, or its more attractive to go to a newer model light. For whatever reason, it really boils down to personal preferance.
Walking passed his S13 coupe on the way to his daily, he remembered the dreams he once had for a now hailed out, not running, so-called neighbor hood eye sore. The multiple hail storms came that summer with short notice and cared for nothing more than to rock sheet metal on any car. While him and his buddy were cruising 2 of his clean S14's, they got caught in the middle of an unforeseen storm. Barely getting under a gas station over hang, both came out dentless! Only to come home to the before unseen damage the storm had so generously offered to the S13.
Turning flashbacks into reality is what Mop Top did. He decided the Silvia s13 lights were not only a more modern looking light than what his Zenki came with, but they also matched the tails better as well. So he put an older headlight on a newer body style.

DATSUN 280Z
The mid to late 70s may not have been so kind when it came to sports cars, but fortunately, Nissan brought us the Datsun 280z.
There is always things to catch your eye when you walk in to Mop Top Pros, from fresh projects all the way through to finished projects. But for some reason, the Z never fails to attract, even in the midst of its transformation.
